Ordered mine day one and am patiently waiting

I know the pre-order deal was extended through the 15th but we have not been provided with an exact shipping date yet. I appreciate the patience, I don't have one either and hope the demand remains great but also hope I'm able to get one full time (though I've used it and it is REALLY nice).

Is there any estimated shipping date for the 'Tonex Cab'? I'm trying to plan some gigs and need some lead time for planning. Thx

At this time we are stating April, so I'd be prepared for late April just in case. That's not official (the "late" part) but there is no specific date so best to assume that it could be later."

The email extending the pre-order pricing states that they'll ship worldwide by May 15, there will be some who receive their cabs earlier than that including late April. There's a lot going on with supply chain and volatility and we're keeping the pricing stable and getting units to people as quickly as possible among many challenges.

Thanks for your reply Peter. I get it and I'm not surprised. I do appreciate IKMM honoring the price given the current state of affairs. Sad and uncertain times we live in but I'll refrain from any political tirade.

Love IKMM and their awesome products (I own virtually everything they produce and look forward to the next "surprise". I do think however, that they could do a better job keeping us informed when it comes to things like product releases/expectation regarding preorders. I ordered 2 Tonex cabs on Jan 15th and here we are 4 months later and I still have no idea when to expect them.

This is merely a suggestion for better customer service

I completely understand supply chain and understand delays etc. But I don't think it's really asking too much to keep us, you're loyal customers, in the know

Do we have an actual date yet?
