ARC Studio Analysis app crash when saving configuration

Hello,
Checking to see if anyone else has already experienced and resolved this issue while I wait for a reply to my ticket.

When creating a configuration with the ARC Studio Analysis applications, I get to the step when you save your configuration, and then the application crashes without having created the configuration file. I’ve verified that nothing shows up when I enable the plugin in Logic.

I’ve tried rebooting my computer, but I still have the same experience. If anyone else has resolved this issue, I would love to know.

Update: after deleting and reinstalling the software, I've been able to successfully save configurations. And for probably superstitious reasons, I didn't change the picture of the monitor type at the end of the process. No clue if selecting the "wrong" monitor image has some other negative effect on the accuracy of my calibrations, but I'm assuming the answer is "no."

I have the same problem. I've reinstalled it several times. I have all the permissions. And on Mac, Sonoma, when it's time to save the preset, the program shuts down. Has this happened to anyone? Is there a solution?

I don't understand what you mean by saying that OP mentioned the solution. I haven't found it anywhere. Could you tell me what it is? Or has anyone else experienced the same issue? I've reinstalled the app many times, granted all permissions, and I don't understand why it doesn't save the settings. Has this happened to anyone?

Yes, yes, I already did everything mentioned in the first comment. I even changed the speaker photo to pictures of other speakers, and it still crashes every time. I understand this is a forum for other users who have experienced the same issue to tell me how they solved it. I've already sent an email to ICANN Multimedia, but they might take several days to respond. I'd really like to solve this today if possible. If anyone in the forum knows the answer, please let me know.

I have installed the latest version of the Mac operating system to see if that was the problem, but the issue persists. I still can’t save the test preset.

One strange thing that happens is that when I ask the IK Manager to install ARC — since I’ve installed and uninstalled it countless times — it says it can’t find the path to download it, and I have to tell it to download it in the Documents folder. But anyway, it installs correctly.

And it's not the unit's fault because I installed it on another computer, a Mac Studio that I have at home, and everything works perfectly there. But on the studio computer, a Mac Mini M2, I just can’t get it to save the preset.
