Product manager downloads stops and restarts from beginning

I don't have a MEGA download speed. Tonex and amplitube seem to stop somewhere during the download (Windows 10). Pausing and restarting SOMETIMES continues and SOMETIMES starts all over again (50-60 minutes download times....uuuf!) I see AmpliTub_x_x_x.zip.part in the IKMM/AmpliTtube folder but it disappears. Wouldn't a good feature for the product manager is to manage partial downloads and continue where you left off?

Or is this a feature but not working on my PC?
