How to remove unwanted T-Racks VSTs from DAW?

Postby mikemck333@gmail.com » Wed Jan 08, 2025 10:30 pm

I just moved to a new DAW PC and installed (I thought) just the two IK products I own... Black 76 and the Hammond B3-X. IIRC the 76 required installing T-Racks.

I now a bunch of non-working VSTs in my DAW... Brickwall Limited, British Channel, etc. and cannot find any instructions on deleting them. How do I do that or do I have to also delete the one thing I want?

Contact the IK Support team via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw.
They can provide you the steps to do this.

It's fairly easy guys, you just need to remove the files from the hard drive.
My advice is, have a separate place where you store your installers, then instead of completely removing the files, just move them to the installer location, then you can have them in case.

The files to delete or move are usually in :
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Move them to somewhere like
D:\Software\Music\IK
