Can´t download from Tonenet after login

Hi,

I´m new here, have just purchased the Tonexpedal, installed software, registered my pedal, everything works.

I can login into tonenet and listen to the free amps, but if I click on the downloadbutton - nothing happens? What´s wrong? Have I something forgotten?

If you are on the ToneNET web site, the icon indicates how many downloads there have been. You would download Tone Models from within TONEX (you can click the ToneNET button there to access ToneNET from within the TONEX software).

I'm running into the same issue. Even from within TONEX software the download button does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I'm in the same situation, I can't download from http://www.tone.net/ or the ToneX app, both arrow are greyed out?

Is there any one from IK multimedia in this forum that can look into this problem?
