I have had an axe io one interface for a year and since the beginning it has some problems.
Some times when turning on the computer it seems not to be recognized correctly and is flashing as if it was being connected and disconnects quickly without stopping, it is solved by restart the computer once or twice.
A second problem is a short noise, which happens sporadically, without any explanation, the sound cuts out, a loud noise is heard and everything return to normal very quickly, but ruins the use experience.
And the third and most recent problem is happening after the last update of windows 11, you start tonex or amplitube 5 or even spotify and after a few seconds noises and cracks start to appear and remain constant until you pause or stop playing. And this repeats, you start the audio, after a few seconds you start to hear the constant cracks.
I've already done everything i found on the internet, power management at 100%, usb selective suspension disable, i've tested various bitrate combinations on the windows sound controller, i've already disabled the realteck and windows drivers, i've already confirmed that i don't have asio4all, i'm using it the driver supplied by ik multimedia, i have already updated the firmewere pro 1.2, everything is up to date.
I would like to know if anyone has a solution to these problems?
I have already contacted ik support, with no response so far.
