Hi everyone. I just bought an iRig Stream device from Amazon and then proceeded to register it on the official website with the serial number. After registration, I downloaded the needed setup file for the drivers for windows 7. But somehow, the file refuses to do anything. It just doesn't install anything nor does it open any windows. Downloaded another few times but no luck. Every other exe file on my computer runs perfectly fine, but this one is giving me a hard time, dont understand why. The device manager just shows 'iRig Stream' with a yellow mark and says drivers not installed. Also tried windows update, but no luck.
I tried contacting IK Multimedia through their official site and also on X, but it's been two days and still no response. I am stuck and cannot proceed to do my work.
If any of you has the folder with the driver files, I would highly appreciate if you could share it with me. Thank you so much.
