Can not download anything from product manager on windows

I have downloaded and installed the product manager, but when I try install the Tonex, or anything else, from the product manager I get this error saying that the path being used can not be found.

What is that path?
Is that the path to be used by IKPM for the downloads
Does it actually exist?
Is it protected from write access?

Hello ! Same here, error 2110 when trying to update anything.

Tried everything I read here, everything is ok (yes, path is good, yes, windows 11 is up to date, etc.), and still code 2110 and 110 when trying to install or update.
