Tonex buzz

Hi.
My tonex is buzzing when I am useing the headphones.I try a joyo zgp power noise blocker, but its not help. Try connecting it to the pc via USB or to a power amp while using the headphones. That solved the grounding issues in my case.
But what is the real answear? If it possible I dont want to use the pc,or power AMP, when im useing the headphone.

Did you every figure out what is causing the buzzing sound? Mine does the same thing, I have tried different wall outlets, turned everything off inside my apartment and it still buzzes bad through headphones. I have tried different guitars, cables, ect.. It even buzzes on clean amps, but the high gain amps are soo bad it had to use. No of my other equipment buzzes like this.

Hi there, bought the Tonex Pedal awhile back, only recently took it out of the box to check it out. The amp sounds are great, really are, but I'm having the same exact problem.... a lot of buzzing and it's all ground hum. No matter if it's the Tonex Pedal by itself with headphones plugged in or connected via USB to computer. I've tried different power supplies, some slightly less noisy but it's unacceptable. It's really that bad. I've also taken the unit to other homes and it's still buzzing. Tried it with differet guitars and cables, no difference. I've seen plenty of vids online talking about how to tame the noise inside the Tonex Pedal (Trim in/Gain settings/etc), but this is not from the amps. It's strictly ground hum. For comparison, when I hook up my Fractal FM3 or Boss GX-100, there is no hum whatsoever. So it seems to be the Tonex Pedal. Have either of you tried to contact IK Multimedia about a possible repair?
