Where can you find anniversary sounds???

Ive seen a few threads on this where others have asked and ive seen no answers! Someone please help!! I have the white anniversay pedal and cannot find where in the Tonex software the models or presets live so that I can "reload" them into my pedal. For example I lost one of them by replacing it with the standard "Black Angus" and now i want to get back the one that I copied over. Where is it???

I have done "restore purchases" two times in the Tonex software and nothing. Do I need to restore my physical pedal to factory reset? I was afraid to do that for fear of it restoreing back to the standard Tonex factory models and not my anniversary ones that shipped with the pedal.
No good info on this stuff anywhere and very frustrating!!

I know how frustrating this can be! Here are a few things you can try:

Check the Tonex Software Library: Ensure you're looking in the right section of the software. Sometimes the anniversary models are categorized differently or tagged under a special bundle.

Restore the Pedal to Factory Settings: Since the pedal shipped with the anniversary models, resetting it might reload them. But back up your current presets first, as this could erase them.

Contact IK Multimedia Support: They can confirm whether the anniversary models can be redownloaded or how to recover them.
