HELP! Audio Plugin Deals Purchase

I bought Tonex Max through Audio Plugin Deals for $49 and it never showed up in my IK account. After a very great deal of login frustration, I've managed to download, install and register Tonex, but only the CS version, not the version I paid for, which is supposed to add the modeling function. Can someone please help me or tell me how and where to get help? TIA

For anyone else with the same difficulty, Here's how I solved my problem. I copypasted the serial number from my purchase email-from Audioplugin Deals, into the IK Product Manager, thereby registering the NEW serial #, then closed and reopened Tonex standalone to find the Modeler unlocked! Success! The new serial was in the email, NOT in my IK account, which showed only the free/trial serial.

Hi, yes the serials from any third party need to be registered in your IK Product Manager. Only direct software purchases from the IK site are automatically registered in your account.

If your email from your dealer was unclear please send me the text of that email privately and I'll have our reps take a look to see if there are any necessary changes to discuss with the dealer(s).
