Instruments not showing in Sampletank4

I recently purchased Resonator. Downloaded and installed with the IKPM. when I open SampleTank4, the Resonator shows in the Library column, but no instruments show up.

The samples appear to be in the correct location:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 4\Instruments\The Resonator\Guitars\Acoustic

And there is a listing of the instruments there. but when I select The Resonator in the Library column of SampleTank4, none of the instruments are listed.

I have clicked the Refresh but still no instruments.

It is acting as if it is unauthorized, but I have attempted to register it several times.

What gives?

I found the IK Authorization Manager and attempted to use that. Even following the weirdness suggestd online for Windows users to disconnect from the internet then run the IK Auth manager, then etc. etc.

That did not work.

[mod redacted - please review the rules when posting] I finally found the fix for me. Perhaps it will help others.

I am using SampleTank4 version 4.2.3

Just above the keyboard at the bottom, right side. there is a gear: click it.
Now select the Sound Content tab
on the bottom of that panel, on the left, click Rescan All

This brought in all the instruments for me.
