Mixbox Update

Mixbox appears to have a problem with the latest update.
Initially after the update it blew up entirely (crashed the DAW) when opening a song with two instances of mixbox in different tracks in the same song. A newer update appeared fairly quickly and that solved the initial problem.

However, now some of my songs will not load instances of Mixbox at all. The song loads but mixbox doesn't - "VST Plug-In-Error" "The following plug-in failed to load(80004002) c:\program files\common files\vst3"
It appears random for some songs but not others.
Maybe it is caused by a specific effect or combination in the instance of mixbox for a specific track? Anyone have any ideas?

I've narrowed it down to the error only occurring when VST3 version of mixbox is trying to load.
I can load VST2 of mixbox.
I've tried reinstalling Mixbox, from the local file, and direct from IK, but still get the error.
