iLoud Micro Monitor - left Tweeter non-functional [RESOLVED]

I just received a set of iLoud Micro Monitors, and the left tweeter is either DOA, or not receiving signal. Best solution to this problem? Can the tweeter be replaced?

Discovered the issue. The cable which links the monitors together to power the left speaker had been kinked too hard near one of the connectors, causing a solder to break. Simple solution: ordered a new cable and all is well.

Hi I tried this out after living with a nonfunctioning tweeter on the auxilary speaker for over a year but sadly it didnt work for me. There are no authorised service points in Australia, can I order a single speaker?
