Installing original Miroslav Philharmonic CE on current OSX?

I purchased Miroslav CE years back, and am trying to reinstall it on my current OSX machine running Sonoma. Like everyone else, I get the error stating that "This package is incompatible with this version of macOS. The package is trying to install content to the system volume".

Most of the replies say to install it through IKPM, but it doesn't appear in there as installable, just a download. I'm assuming that this product has unfortunately been abandoned, and my only option is to buy MP2 which is rather unfortunate.

I just want to use the software that I purchased - is there any clean path to getting this installed on current OSX versions, or does IK have an option for those of us to upgrade to MP2 for a discount? When I add it to the cart in my account it charges me full price.

Same boat, I purchased miroslav and the CE version years ago and cannot seem to get it working in 2024 on OS 10.15.7 Catalina and support is unhelpful. This is what sucks about software everytime

you gotta install the previous version first.

so uninstall current verson, install previous 2.0.5

once thats installed via the ik website in your products list, then go to product manager and re-install miroslav 2.0.6

The only Miroslav versions I have in "My Products" are version 1.1.2 for both my copy of philharmonik and CE. I dont see a 2.0.5 or 2.0.6 for that matter

You are talking of the original Miroslav Philharmonik. v1.1.2 is dated October 2009. It is a 32-bit program. Maybe that is why it cannot be installed?
