No Internet problem

Im getting 65mb speed
All the time im getting ik products manager telling me im not connected to Internet.
Every site works a dream but ik.
Pain in the butt.
I've reset modem,cleared cache.
This is happening on Google,safari,chrome
Any help please?

FWIW, I sent in a ticket on this recently (even TONEX does it) and got the response that they've never heard about it.

If anyone is still having these issues, please send a ticket.

this old problem is back again
says i have no internet.
cannot open ik webpage or bmanager?
its been ok for months now i cant do anything ik related
i cannot contact them
does not work on any device

Check your HOSTS file (note that IK does not change this file but there are cases where other types of programs may send IK traffic to localhost for some reason). Also, have you tried on a mobile device that is not on wifi? You should have no problem reaching the IK site from your mobile device on a cellular network as the site is not down. There you can open a ticket.

The site is not down so there's no reason a phone (with wifi turned off, using cellular) wouldn't be able to reach the IK site.
