I recently bought a used TONEX pedal and when I registered it with the serial number, it worked but it didn't give me any software downloads. I downloaded tonex CS to try to download user presets onto it, but when I try to open toneNET it tells me "Error 1018. Couldn't access server". Any one else experienec either of these issues?

Once you register your TONEX Pedal serial number you should see TONEX MAX in your IK Product Manager. If you don't, make sure you're logging in with the same account you've registered the TONEX Pedal to and if you still don't see it please reach out to IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw and they will assist you directly.

Had the same problem, got myself a VPN connection and it started working again. I think some internet providers, companies, are blocking some addresses.
