Same here on Windows 11. BUT on MacOS, where I am still on 1.1.5, everything works and it does not complain about the program being outdated, and it doesn't even try to download 1.1.6!

So I am thinking, if I could downgrade to 1.1.5 on Windows, maybe it will just work? Unfortunately I did not save a copy of the Windows 1.1.5 installer and I can't find a link for it. If anyone has it, let me know.

PS I contacted IK but got no reply yet, I suppose that a ticket has been opened? I have used this https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-us/

It’s official… IK has a serious issue on their hands :!: Let’s see if they can stop the bleeding in time. The email I sent from their support page said they’d respond within a few days… if any of you haven’t sent your Product Manager issues in through their contact form, now’s the time to do so. The more info they have, the sooner we’ll likely get a fix. I know it isn’t ideal but I think it’s fair to give them the opportunity to fix the issue and make it right with us.

I agree unfortunately this type of issue can happen, hopefully they will release a fix soon. Based on what I have seen here in the forums by now they are aware of the issue. I'm not sure if their dev team is based in Italy? If so they are waking up just now and seeing all the tickets coming in.

Maybe it works. I only found a copy of 1.0.10. and that doesn't work neither. It says outdated as well. What's obvious, but maybe the 1.1.5 works?

Yep 1.1.5 should work, I say this because it works right now on my MacBook. But on Windows, where I have updated to 1.1.6, I am stuck into the endless update loop. If only I could find the installer for 1.1.5 on Windows... then I could solve the problem. Unfortunately it's no longer downloadable from IK website. I even tried with the Wayback Machine and had no luck.

Yes, this has been fixed. You can re-download IK Product Manager 1.1.6 from the website and install, no update loop.

It's fixed for me now. Had to uninstall and reinstall the Product Manager, but it is working now. Thanks Peter / IK.

I was a little freaked out myself, knowing that the Alex Lifeson TONEX collection was coming out this morning. Our Support Manager did his best to wrangle everything to make sure the right people were aware and working this issue.
