On my MacBook Pro, M1 Pro, with OS 15.1.1 I am experiencing exactly the same issue as reported multiple times here. I opened a ticket.

Fixed it with finding version 1.1.5. on IK Multimedia site (seems to be gone now). 1.1.5. instaled perfectly and are not giving me any message about updating the software.

So if you can find version 1.1.5 you will be able to use the product manager.

Bump. Just got my Tone X yesterday, still haven't been able to install the software to register it. I reinstalled, deleted registry files, restarted, made sure the moon was in the right phase, and still no luck. I put in a support ticket already but I'm glad I'm not alone here. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!

This has been fixed. You can re-download IK Product Manager 1.1.6 from the website and install, no update loop.

YES!! I got it to work. I did as FAQ said and before restart i downloaded Eveything 1.5a. Searched Product manager from it and deleted all. Then resterted and downloaded installer and managed to install Product Manager.
