So I haven't used my IK Product Manager in over a year. I purchased some new plugins today and when I went to the Product Manager app on my Windows desktop, it told me I needed to download the latest version. So I did just that. It will start to download it but then it says my Product Manager is open and that I need to close it before the download will continue. I close it and it opens back up all by itself. I've un-installed and reinstalled it multiple and keep having the same issue. I literally have tried everything. It literally will not download!! Someone please help!!!
