I was able to make it work on Win 11.

Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security > Inbound Rules> Enable Rule (for all IK Product Manager entries).

Yes, this has been fixed. You can re-download IK Product Manager 1.1.6 from the website and install, no update loop.
