on Windows 11. Same issue. Can't use latest version. I removed the app completely, nope. It wants to install 1.1.6 and does, after re-opening app same dang thing. Its an endless loop.

I reached out to our Support Manager. While your tickets will be replied to, in the mean time they have found that an uninstall/reinstall seems to be working but making sure you do a full uninstall per our FAQ here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/?id=1468

Thanks!

I'm having this same issue. was trying to finish a project and have gotten to the point of ripping out all IK media software to try to do clean install and still no luck. I'm on a Mac.

I tried that and now have nothing related to IK Multimedia on my Mac except two stand alone that don't use Program manager. The x-monitor software and the Axe-IO client. But even after ripping out everything and starting from scratch I can't get Program manager to stop the outdated/update loop.

I followed exactly the link instructions exactly. I uninstalled and deleted the registry keys. I tried on both Windows 10 and 11. It continues in an infinite loop. I even did a clean installation on Windows 10. I hadn't previously installed it. I logged in but without any results. So there is still some kind of correction needed. ;-(

To those who are still having problems on Mac : after seeing Thorsten Ecke's message about Windows working again, I completed another full uninstall/reinstall of 1.1.5 and this time it downloaded version 1.1.6.
Also, just saw that the new version is now available on the website.

Same here on Mac Studio M1 Max / Sonoma 14.7.1. Tried the full uninstall / reinstall procedure several times and still keeps looping back to reinstall 1.1.6.

Yeah, I did the uninstall reinstall procedures for IK product manager, like 5 times now, nothing.

After dealing with support on another matter I'm not sure I believe it's working for anyone.

I can download 1.1.6 no problem, it still loops saying it's outdated etc.

uuuugh - the problem is back with 1.1.6 - this is getting to be a major pain!

Fortunately, I was able to activate my products while it was working, so I'm able to work, limping along, but this is sooo painful.

Please, IK, fix this for real! Looks like there is something wrong on the server side, telling PM that there is an update where there isn't one...

I wish I didn't even attempt the reg edits knowing if I knew itt wasn't going to work. Now all my IK products are de-activated and have no way of activating them. Looks like I'll be going home early tonight. Meh. :-(

I'm also wondering am I going to have a "stale" activation slot used since I wasn't able to de-activate it using the PM...

Hoping IK can fix this issue soon!

Having the same issue.

Mac OS Sequoia 15.1.1
M1 Pro Macbook

Did full uninstall / reinstall sequence. Made sure Rosetta 2 was installed in Mac OS. Just spent $100 on software that now cannot be installed or authenticated or updated. I contacted support, bummer it's going to take days to hear back from anyone, was hoping the community would've had this solved, but at least it's enlightening to see other people haveing the issue.
