Cannot register my ToneX Pedal

Hello to all, I have a problem.

I bought a used ToneX pedal and wanted to register it and download the software. Unfortunately I get this message -> "The provided serial number cannot be registered (code -1)". The seller did not respond to my last message either. Have I been scammed? Help, please!

The seller was supposed to un-register their pedal which would provide them with three serial numbers for the buyer (TONEX Pedal, TONEX MAX, and AmpliTube 5) and is 100% free to do. The seller must provide this information for you to register your pedal.

The users and moderators/admins of this forum wouldn't have system access or similar but you could reach out to IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw to see what they think (though the seller is the one that needs to provide the information mentioned above).
