AXE I/O ONE firmware update not working.

I have a problem where the firmware is not updating. I first updated my controller software and when I load, it prompts for firmware update from 1.1 to 1.2. I run the update, see screen shots, then I think it'' successful but prompts me again when I power it back on. I don't think it's taking the update. Any help apprecaited.

I am also experiencing an issue with the One. I was able to update the firmware, but my system will not see the ASIO device. There may be an issue with the driver or firmware.

I issued a support ticket on the 19th, but have not received a response.

Support got back to me with the following response, which worked.

Try another USB port if you can, on the back of the computer and see if it still happens.

Thanks, I'm still waiting for a response from support. I tried other usb ports and another computer. Still no luck. It's like it's not installing the ASIO driver. Windows audio works.
