Large amount of presets are missing in many synths

Please advise.
I have Sampletank 4 max. In many instruments it seems only a small sets are installed, For example Syntronik ProVS based on the IK info and chrome-https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/include/st4/soundlist/SampleTank_4_v2_comparison.pdf
should have 195 presets. I have 60. Reinstalling, deleting db file and rescanning does not help. I also submitted this to IK 2 weeks ago, but no solution. Could anyone please help? Thanks

For Syntronik, the number of presets listed on the synths' product pages includes the numbers of wavesets (see 5.2 in the Syntronik User Manual to find out about wavesets).

I was wondering if that was the case. I noticed the VS had a lot of waves in it's folder.
