This goes back a while but thot I'd post as I just stumbled upon it again....
Back in Nov/22, Opspeculate2 posted how much love was had for the Axe I/O and 4 song links were posted (go back and take a gander). The last link was to a track called "Missing Me". That track was soooooo up my alley, I couldn't help but be inspired to get it into my DAW and mess with it.
What is posted here is me adding some vox (lyrics based on the title of the track and loosely on Pearl Jam’s cover of Last Kiss) with added acoustic guitar as well as arranging and adding a possible chorus at the end. I demoed this to Opspeculate2 in Dec/22 & he seemed to dig it. We briefly discussed moving forward on this but life got busy & it never got traction...as can happen.
I've reached out to Opspeculate2 recently to see if he'd have objections to this post...but no replies....hope he's doing alright & not lost to the forum (reach out if you're out there, J!)
Anyhow, have a listen. Sound quality not super duper since I ripped it off of Youtube link but listenable enough & the gist is there. Hope you enjoy and feedback would be kewl!

PS - Opspeculate2 is not an isolated case....if I hear something posted on this forum that I get inspired by and think I can contribute to, there's a decent chance I'll mess with it....some of you have fallen victim to such....you know who you are!!
