Problems with Re-Install after PC-Crash

Hi,
I have used Modo Bass for a long time, but now I had to change my HDD due to a crash and changed to a SDD.
Now I try to reinstall all my instruments again, but Modo Bass tells me always it's not registered.
I see all necessary data in under #MyProducts# but have no idea how I can restore Modo Bass again. The Authorization manager does not work with Online (my connection is stable!) and if I try Offline Authorization it asks for an authorization file.
Where do I get this file? Is this identical with the serial number?
Please help,I have to use it again...

You would want to use IK Product Manager that is the way to install and authorize current products. https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/productmanager
