not internet connection warning

Hello, I am a new Tonex user. I have downloaded and installed IK manager on my macOS High Sierra, I have accessed my IK account but when trying to open the IK product manager application, this message appears

"No Internet Connection Warning
Without an active internet connection:

- Your active subscriptions may not work properly.
- Ensure you reconnect within 72 hours. Failure to do so will render the subscription products non-functional.
- Any ongoing downloads will be interrupted."

My connection works perfectly, I have deleted the browsing history, the cookies, I have restarted the Mac... but the problem continues...

any help please? Not a good start...

There isn't any downtime on the IK site/services currently nor recently so I'd check with your provider and also make sure there aren't any firewall rules or HOSTS file entries blocking access to IK sites/services.

Hi mokopavo, can I ask who your internet provider is?

I am having this exact same issue. I am on Century Link, in CO, USA.

I even recently did a full Windows 11 factory reset, and even that didn't fix the issue. I've been going back and forth with support for a week + now, and they've been of little help.

Hi Omaha, NE here - yep CenturyLink ISP here - no internet connection issue is a pain.
