It already has one, it's called the Whamonator. There are a few other pitch shifters as well.

You would use MIDI to control it.

I searched for pitch and didn't find it. I didn't think to scroll down the list without searching.

as for using pedal, I know midi.

I was more looking for tips on how amplitube needs to be configured.
I have a nektar pacer with pedals.

Pretty sure you would just right click the pedal in amplitube and then assign it to your MIDI controller.

Of course. Just open the settings or preferences in AmpliTube and find the MIDI or control settings. Assign the expression pedal to control the pitch shift parameter.
