MIDI keyboard is not responding in SampleTank 4

I have started SampleTank4 in standalone mode, but the midi keyboard is not responding.
I can press the keys in the SampleTank app to play a sound.
I can also select the midi keyboard I am using in the Settings.
How do I get it to play? :cry:

The version of SanpleTank is 4.2.3,
The midi keyboard is a Keystaion 49 MK3.
