Software purchase not received

How long does it normally take to receive a purchased download from IK Multimedia? I bought Metal Gems several hours ago and is still not in my products . The order status is still received. I thought the purchase would only take a few minutes. I’ve reached out to IK Multimedia and have not heard back.
