IK product manager downloads fine but does not install

- Downloads reach 100% everytime but remain idle, nothing else happens
- running as admin doesn't fix it
- authorizing / unauthorizing doesn't fix it
- reinstalling the app doesn't fix it

Server: v1.3.8 - Client: v1.1.5 (24I02)
