I'm unable to install Brandonburg Piano. I input the reg and downloaded the sounds. Product manager under notifications says .. BP installed correctly, all sounds installed correctly. But under SampleTank 4/ Instruments in Prod Manager it is NOT listed. When I open a DAW and load ST4 I see BP but with the 'lock' over it. So what's the problem ? Is it installed or not ? Win10.
