Product Manager showing 0 bytes to download

Any idea why Product Manager shows 0 bytes to download? I have Bionic Drums listed under the Sounds tab in PM, but it shows Download size: 0 Bytes, and next to it the usual INSTALL button. Clicking install does nothing, so I can't install Bionic Drums.

You can contact IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw if you have not done so already. They can get you up and running with your software.

Did you or support manage to fix this? I also have this problem for "Bionic Drums" and "The Code Volume 2"

IK support were very prompt and helpful, but they didn't manage to resolve the issue. Instead, they sent me a link to download the content and install it manually. Now that it's successfully installed and running, Product Manager shows that's it's occupying 0 bytes on disk!

Me Too. I had Sampletank CS; Syntronik 2 CS; Bionic Drums and The Code Volume 2, showing the same when I started my ticket. They replied with a "clear download cache" solution. Which I applied but only worked on the CS libraries. Bionic Drums and The Code Vol.2 are still there with "0 Bytes" message . what else could I do? :?:

I got a great suggestion from IK support, that I can try downloading stuff manually. Go to "My Products" which is here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products/

And there find your product, my one was SampleTank 4 MAX v2, "Sounds Download", and there you can download the sounds.

Same. I started a ticket and the issue was sent to the team, but it's been almost a week and no word back. I got Bionic Drums in a bundle, so simply downloading them separately on the my products page isn't available to me.

I bought mine in a bundle too, but support were very helpful and sent me a download link (which understandably they said not to share). Maybe you should try replying to the ticket to push it up the queue or something.

Hi,
I have the same issue. O bytes and the download link is not available because this was a part of a bundle. I submitted the ticket a week ago and no response. Any way to resolve this?
