Amp Controls don't do anything

I've just installed Amplitube 5 Max but none of the amp controls do anything. Everything looks ok, I can select amps etc, and move the control knobs, but none of it changes the sound. My audio settings look ok, so I'm stumped as to why it doesn't work. I'm on Mac using a Focusrite DAW. Anyone know how to make Amplitube work? Thanks

Hello,

I think you have something wrong. For instance, your focusrite is not a DAW is a sound interface. Are you using amplitube into a DAW? Or Standalone?

What is your signal routing into the Focusrite? (Input/Outputs)
What is your signal routing into Amplitube Settings? (Inputs/Outputs)

If you are in studio one Make sure you have the masterbus green Z low latency button un clicked then make your amp setting and then click the green Z button again
