Does the MAX version include all collection? For example JCM Slash, Hendrix and Fender amps etc.?
Do I need to purchase additional plug-ins after purchasing MAX?
Ex) MESA/BOOGIE collection?
Thanks

AmpliTube 5 MAX v2 which is currently on sale for 99.99 contains all the collections you mention. You can see exactly what is included here:

It might help to know that your AT 5 MAX license will likely NOT include future amps added to AT5. For instance I would suspect if you buy now it would include the California Tweed, Mark IIC+, Mark V, and Triple Crown (per the current included gear sheet). Those are all sims that were added after I purchased the product more than a year and a half ago, and if I want any of those I have to pay separately for them. I am not complaining. I prefer this approach over forcing me into a subscription model. Just wanted you to be informed.
