Same issue since last week.
No problem in April, was working and i was able to transfer preset to my tonex pedal.
That was the last time i used Tonex on my Win 11 PC.
Then i was busy and away from home for work untill 2-3 weeks ago.
I ordered another Tonex pedal, to have one to bring with me next time i will go on work trip.
Registered, updated from IK Product manager the Tonex MAX sw to 1.7.3 and Asio driver to 5.68 , connected the new Tonex pedal and boom, the issue happend.
At first i was thinking the new Tonex pedal/cable/power supply had some issue, but when i connected the old working one, same issue.

Have tickets #7875033 and #6739842 open since friday, no answer yet.

My first post here. Apologies if this is the wrong area for my question.

Would this apply to Tonex One? For some reason mine stopped being recognized on a Windows 10 laptop but was working on previous occasions it was connected (only a couple of times). All USB ports work with other devices and they also power the pedal, but the librarian doesn't recognize the pedal anymore.

Appreciate your thoughts and comments.
