Play, USB connectio and sync don't work

A little help needed. I tried connecting my ProX (in) to my model:cycles (out) to sync and it sync'd, but the timing in the ProX was random at best. Play and stop work but its not even keeping consistent tempo.

I disconnected it and now the ProX won't connect to my PC and the play button does not work. It lights up saying it activated but nothing happens.

What I am doing wrong?
