I just sent an email to ok about a bunch of major issues with recent purchases back to back to back over the course of a few days I purchased. Anyone who reads this and has any advice or solutions please help me .. here is the email I sent IK
I recently purchased sampletank 4 max V2 as well as syntronik 2 Max, and today I purchased the cross grade/upgrade to the TOTAL STUDIO MAX 4 V2.. none of the max versions or upgrades are showing up in my account product manager, not the AmpliTube max 5 V2 or the Tonex max, or the T-RACKS, everything that does show are just the simple cs versions, none of the MAX or MAX V2 softwares!!!In fact begore i bought the Total studio max 4 V2 my purchase of the syntronik 2 Max was showing up in my account, now sfter buying total studio, there is som e other version of regular syntronik 2 that looks like it was registered way back in January?? I don't remember buying that, but I can show proof of buying the syntronik V2 max, that I have just purchased in the past week or so. Can you please help me get all the awesome software into my account so I can enjoy it,any help is greatly appreciated.
