TONEX Pedal Footswitch issue.

Postby kedardesai77 » Mon Jul 15, 2024 4:28 am

I'm having a strange issue with my brand new TONEX pedal.
The bank up and down does not work.
Either the left and middle performs a bank down
The right button goes to a present in the current bank.
I can browse the presets with the knob. The footswitches don't seem to be working properly.

Has anyone heard of this? Any help would be appreciated.

Similar issue here.
Neither Bank Up/Down work, nor does the A+C to see current bank. Any attempt at either just switches to a preset within the current bank. Knob still works to cycle through, though.

Sounds like your TONEX Pedal may have been inadvertently set to Lock Mode. Please see page 16 of the TONEX Pedal User Manual for more information about Lock Mode.

If this does not help fix your issue please reach out to IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw
