[RESOLVED] TONEX Pedal Shipped Without Registration Card

Hey Team!

Just got my Tonex pedal delivered from Guitar Center and they just shipped me the pedal. No card, no box, no power supply.

I guess I can't access the editor to upload profiles and re-arrange them in the pedal without registering it first? I'm kinda stuck at the moment.

What are my next steps here? I opened a help ticket and they asked me for proof of purchase, which I sent, and I haven't had a follow up.

The support team does not have an inbound line but if a call is necessary they would set one up. Do you have your ticket number?
