New Purchases Not Showing

Hello all -

I purchased the Morgan SW50 tone models today and although I have authorized the purchase through IK Product Manager, I am still unable to locate them in my Tonex software.

What am I missing?

You can restore your purchases in Tonex and it should unlock the gear for you.
