Hi wonder if someone can help me as I'm proper stuck. I bought the Tracks 5 max plugins downloaded the manager signed in, authed the product and tried to install it by clicking the download link next to the plugin. first time it had a message about can't download due to path or space issues (I have enough space I believe) I then changed the path but now when I click on the download button nothing happens. I changed the path back to the original but again nothing happens. when I try to close the app it says its downloading but there is no update bar any where to show me download in progress. Im using a Mac mini M1. any help much appreciated.
