AmpliTube 5 Max v2 has dissappeared

Hi all,
I went to open up AmpliTube 5 Max and found it wasn't there, just a really basic version less than CS it seems. I only recently purchased it and I'm still learning how to set it up via MIDI. Not sure whats going on. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can try restoring your purchases inside the Custom Shop application.

Thank you DC_IK for your reply.
IK customer service got back to me promptly and told me to click on one of the buttons in the top right hand corner. Everything came back straight away.
