I have no idea. I took the tonex one on a trip of a week or so, I come back and it is no longer found when I plug into my pc. Pedal works fine standalone.

Please make sure you are logged in to the account with your TONEX ONE pedal registered on your PC and everything is authorized via IK Product Manager. If that doesn't help, IK Support will happily assist you directly via
