Cant purchase anything from the store.

Hi all,
I'm having issues purchasing anything from the store. It asks me to fill out my details and when i get to "Country/Region" its greyed out and won't let me proceed to purchase.

Does anyone know anything about this?

If you need to change your country settings in your account, you would need to contact IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/ and they will assist you with that.
