Where should I keep T-Racks Projects?

I use Cakewalk and I have been keeping the T-Racks projects under the respective song folders inside Cakewalk projects. The problem is when I use the Cakewalk utility "Clean Audio Folder"; Cakewalk deletes all T-Racks audio tracks as well. So I need to store the T-RAcks Projets in a different location.
Any suggestions?

If you don't want Cakewalk's "Clean Audio Folder" tool to delete your T-Racks audio tracks, you might want to make a folder outside of the Cakewalk project directory just for your T-Racks projects.
