Tonex One missing serial number

I've bought a second hand Tonex One, and I didn't receive the registration number from the seller. I would like to message customer support to help me finding the registration number, but I need the registration number to do that
Is there a way of contacting customer support without a registration number?

Sorry if this was asked before - did a search and didn't find an answer.

You do not need a serial/registration number to open a ticket. The "i" (information) icon next to the field tells you that you can put something else in there if you don't have one.
