license transfer problem

I bought the tonex pedal second hand, the previous owner did not give me the package including the serial, i cant use it with the software now.
i cannot get in touch with the previous owner, is there any way to fix this problem? or did i get scammed?

The seller should easily be able to transfer the pedal and software licenses for free via their IK User Area. That would provide them with the serials for the TONEX Pedal, AmpliTube 5, and TONEX MAX via email which they'd simply provide to the buyer.
