Modo Bass 2 and Modo Drum 1.5 won't install

I'm experiencing an issue with installing MODO Drum 1.5 and MODO Bass 2. When I press the "Install" button, the progress bar stays at 0% and the "Time Left" indicator continuously says "calculating." No progress is made, and the installation never starts.

Please make sure the directory set for downloads in IK Product Manager settings has proper permissions to be written to (and that it exists). You can also change this setting to another directory if that helps. I had that problem.
I had to run the IK Product Manager as an Administrator whenever I wanted to download anything.
That solved it for me.
